An Invitation to create opportunities

Our work at Little Woodbatch comes from my belief that we have a responsibility to take care of one another and our planet, that we can have richer lives for it, and that through this we can cultivate a future of abundance for all to share. We know that we can achieve this with the land and living systems on the farm, and the strength, curiosity and determination of our community.

Our goal is to collaborate with our community so that we can learn and build resilience together.

As an example, we have a local beekeeper who has several hives on our land and teaches beekeeping courses. This supports a part of his income, his bees have access to our orchard meadow and diverse landscape, our trees benefit from the pollinators, and we are paid in ‘honey rent’ for the use of our space - a perfect arrangement for everyone!

We invite ideas from people who would like to develop initiatives or enterprises that can benefit the local area.

Let’s cultivate a better future, together.
