    18TH JUNE At Little Woodbatch. This session covers an introduction to seed saving, including the historic and political background of seed saving, selecting seed, planning your garden to integrate crops for seed production, plant selection, harvesting, processing and storing seed.

  • GROWING VEG WITH JANINE

    Join Horticulturist Janine Potter to dig into growing your own abundant veg garden.

    Learn about seasonality, when what and how to seed, pot up, plant out and care for your veg. This is a practical and hands-on skills workshop! All levels of experience welcome!

    FRIDAY 26TH JUNE: Join Daphne from Little Woodbatch Farm to explore a variety of food preservation techniques to make the most of your produce and reduce food waste, including: drying/dehydrating, pickling, fermenting, jams/jellies, pasteurisation, bottling and pressure canning. We'll cover how to build up and manage your home larder with stored foods.
